A Wasp Stings The Crying Face

The title of this post is an old Japanese saying that basically equates to "when it rains, it pours."

Some recent news:

SEOUL, South Korea - North Korea's Kim Jong Il has anointed his 26-year-old son — said to be competitive, proficient in English and a heavy drinker — as the next leader of the communist state, news reports said Tuesday. (From MSNBC: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/31056490/)

So, a fledgling nuclear power will soon be run by a twenty something, punk, spoiled brat boozer. I'm going to sleep so much better at night. (Before you lefties start screaming, "W" was in his early 50's when he took office)

LONDON -- President Barack Obama reiterated that Iran may have some right to nuclear energy, provided it takes steps to prove its aspirations are peaceful. ( Translation: Obama:"I'm such a whipped bitch, after Michelle and I got back from our date, and boning the taxpayer for a quarter million on security and transportation, I ate the corn bits out of her sh*t, got a spanking from one the big, strapping secret service agents, had a glass of warm milk and went to sleep.)
In a BBC interview broadcast Tuesday, Obama also restated plans to pursue direct diplomacy with Tehran to encourage it to set aside any ambitions for nuclear weapons it might harbor. (Link: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/06/02/AR2009060200947_pf.html)

So, Obama just let the Israeli's (and the rest of the world) know he is a gutless wonder. I'm sure this won't embolden Israel to kick Iran's ass now. Sheesh.

Let's help the Chinese improve their troop mobility and while we are at it let's give them a chuckle....................

"We believe in a strong dollar," Geithner said in a question-and-answer session after a speech to students at Peking University. "Chinese financial assets are very safe," Geithner said. His response drew laughter from the audience. (From: http://www.reuters.com/article/marketsNews/idINPEK12423320090601?rpc=44)

How we have avoided a national military and economic catastrophe up to now is beyond me. I'm more firmly convinced than ever that we are nearing the end game.
